Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Baruk Labs. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our subscriptions. Purchases are sold and processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and this policy is applied together with Paddle's buyer terms.

In short: try us free, and if a paid plan isn't right for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

1. Free plan

Our free plan is genuinely free — there is no charge and nothing to refund. We encourage you to try it before subscribing to make sure Baruk fits your household.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a paid subscription and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial payment and we will refund it in full. This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically so your filtering keeps working without interruption. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to make, contact us promptly — within 14 days of the charge — and we'll do our best to make it right.

4. How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

5. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew again, and you will keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law or covered by the money-back guarantee above.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy, or a violation of our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have where you live, including under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
